What is Pick & Pack?In addition to an automated order fulfillment system that aids in scrupulous picking & packing, we have the bandwidth to fulfill up to 10,000 orders daily. We don’t believe in charging for unused services, so, with Grace Fulfillment, you’ll only pay for what you use. That is, if you ship one product in one month, you’ll only pay the pick & pack fee for that one product. It’s that simple.

Is Delivery Intercept service available through the Shipping?No. Once a package is sent from our warehouse it can not be intercepted by any means.

Does the Shipping Package return rural and super rural charges?Yes, the Shipping will return rural and super rural charges but these charges are part of the transportation charges. If you are on a. monthly billing cycle your rural charges will be charged the following month. A Rural or Super Rural area is not determined by Grace Fulfillment but by our shipping carriers.

Can I create my own tracking numbers for my business.No. The Shipping API - Package generates the tracking numbers for each customer.

Why am I receiving a response stating “information unavailable” for my tracking number?If a shipment was created using WorldShip® next day air service it usually takes 5 to 10 minutes. if a package is 2 business days then they typically wiil be available. within. 10-12 hours to view. If packages are not labeled fragile, or marked with a immediate shipping method the tracking details are typically sent out once the packages has left the home base of shipping carrier which is WorldShip. WorldShip prioritizes all immediate shipping needs first for instance; Next Day Air Ground Express 2-3 Business Days Fragile Delivery Temperture Control

How will my customers receive tracking details?Grace Fulfillment will send a shipping confirmation email out to all orders that are are marked to be shipped within under 5 business days. Other orders that are processed for an extended shipping time will receive a Tracking details from our 3PL company WorldShip. Please keep in mind WorldShip prioritizes all immediate shipping needs first for instance; Next Day Air Ground Express 2-3 Business Days Fragile Delivery Temperature Control

How will I know what I have in inventory?Monthly Reports will be sent out with your inventory count according to your billing cycle.

Can I obtain Ground Freight delivery receipts?Yes, If you would like Ground Freight delivery receipts of all packages shipped from your business please contact our warehouse manager at: Orders@ShiftEnt.com

How do I add signature sign request for my packages?If you would like to add signature sign request for your customers packages. Please send us an email so that we can adjust your monthly pricing as there will be an additional charge for this service. Please note after 2 attempts and recipient hasn't signed for packaged it will be returned back to warehouse. If shipped out again to the same recipient we will charge an additional shipping cost to your monthly billing cycle. The customer will not incur any additional charges at all.

How soon will my orders ship?Once an order is placed if the item is readily available our team will pick, pull, pack and prepare item for transportation for our carrier pickup. This action is what we call 'Order Processing'. Once the order has been processed then our transport between various carriers will arrive to pick up items depending on the volume of your business will determine how often items or picked up for example if your business is moving 100-200 units in a week we will have carriers picking up daily for your packages. If your business is moving 10 - 15 packages a month then we will schedule pickups once a week typically on a Tuesday or Thursday. Once the carrier has your items they will abide by our shipping timeline methods. In which your package will ship according to your service contract with Grace Fulfillment. Please note once an order is placed shipping time starts once the item has an assigned tracking number NOT WHEN THE ORDER IS FIRST PLACED OR PROCESSED. We ship based on priority of shipping methods. If an order is placed and is not readily available if it is not a pre-order we will contact customer and arrange a complimentary gift in return for their extended wait.
